How It Works

Too complete trolley systems setup you will need a static tank to hold the pure water produced from the 200 GPD RO system. The pure water from the static tank is then transferred to the 25ltr barrels from a gravity fed tap or a fast sump pump, ready to be used with the trolley.

If it takes 6 barrels to cover a full days work then you would need a static tank large enough to store about 200 litres of pure water to be on the safe side and 5 or 6 extra 25 litre barrels.

A booster pump can be used to increase the pressure to the RO unit and reduce the time needed to produce the required amount for pure water. With an additional solenoid and float switch kit, the RO can be made to stop production automatically once the tank becomes full.
